To experience this exciting new dimension in Scalextric racing, simply add a Conversion Kit (C7011) to your existing Scalextric layout.

Add as many SSD Lane Change Track pieces as you wish, put your chipped cars on the track and start racing. Race up to 6 cars on one lane with an additional SSD Power Supply (C7004).

Most recent Scalextric and other brand cars can also be raced on the SSD system using the Retro-fit Chip. (Coming soon)

RMS has the following sections:

1. Circuit Design: There are already circuits pre-loaded but new 2,4 or 6 lane circuits can be designed on screen.

2. Pit Garage: Used to manage a Scalextric car collection with the facility to download new cars from the Scalextric website.

3. Pit Lane: Add and Select drivers including personal details and cars.

4. Race Briefing: Choose the circuit, set the race parameters, pit stop strategy plus a 3D journey around 37 pre-loaded circuits.

5. Practice / Qualifying: Timed qualifying session with the faster of the drivers taking Pole!

6. Race: Including the running of the race: fuel display; timed and lap races.

7. Championship: Allows for race heats.
